Quality Inspection Overview
Small diameter tube and pipe quality inspection poses a particular set of challenges. Our seasoned team of highly qualified inspectors have been exposed to many practices and procedures over the years. This allows us to reliably supply the industry with sustainable quality inspection for each and every order.

Quality Inspection In-House:

Kubes offers in house low pressure air leak testing as part of our quality inspection process.
All of our threaded pipe is checked during the quality inspection process with verified ring gauges that are calibrated regularly.
Our in-house rust inhibitor (dunk tank) promotes corrosion free service during shipping, storage & the complete life-cycle of the part.
