Low Pressure Pipe Applications, Oil, Gas & Locomotive.
All assembled components include a full dimensional inspection.
Pipe Assembly Overview
We cater to a wide array of customer’s needs for pipe and tube assemblies. Many customers may require added components after the pipe threading process to be assembled together to make up the final assembly. We can offer various types of pipe joining systems including Victaulic™ groove connections. Kubes can help you to reach your manufacturing efficiency goals.
All assembled components include a full dimensional inspection as an added value, with the option of low pressure air testing if required.

Pipe Assembly Projects:
All of our threaded pipe is checked during the quality inspection process with verified ring gauges that are calibrated regularly.
Weld thread and assembly by Kubes. This is a good example of a high volume assembly with numerous processes incorporated, used in locomotive under frame components.
A grooved and threaded pipe assembly by Kubes. Depending on the application, certain assemblies require zero-weld fabrication. This is a great example of an assembly that can be taken apart making it easy to perform maintenance on the parts.
Examples of J525 Hydraulic Tube assembled. There were double flared tube assemblies. Our capabilities go from 1/4″ to 5’8″ single and double flare.
The final assembly mark of this pipe assembly project. Many customers require different styles of sub-components, valves and unions incorporated into the design of their products. We have a team of fully qualified professional assemblers that are committed to the highest quality of manufacturing when building pipe assemblies.
