Welded or threaded fabricated assemblies are manufactured from steel, DOM tube, copper, copper brazed, brass & J525 Hydraulic Tube. Our in-house operators and inspectors ensure that each manufactured pipe assembly meets or exceeds each customer’s specifications and quality standards. Pipe Processing Projects:
Completed assemblies featuring pipe grooving by Kubes. We have the in-house capacity to Victaulic™ groove from 1 1/2″ up to 8″.
Examples of J525 Hydraulic Tube assembled. There were double flared tube assemblies. Our capabilities go from 1/4″ to 5’8″ single and double flare.
Samples of cut and de-burred pipe by Kubes. We offer prototype pieces and production runs of cut and de-burred pipe to your specifications.
The Kubes pipe cutting station features a Hydmech S-20A Auto Saw. Our in-house capabilities allow for 13″ diameter maximum with multi-angular cuts.
