Pipe & Tube Projects:
Kubes Rail Group recently installed a new programmable bender. This bender handles up to 2″ thick extra heavy pipe and allows our operators to precisely control the dimensions of the finished piece.
Kubes offers in house low pressure air leak testing as part of our quality inspection process.
All of our threaded pipe is checked during the quality inspection process with verified ring gauges that are calibrated regularly.
Our in-house rust inhibitor (dunk tank) promotes corrosion free service during shipping, storage & the complete life-cycle of the part.
A grooved and threaded pipe assembly by Kubes. Depending on the application, certain assemblies require zero-weld fabrication. This is a great example of an assembly that can be taken apart making it easy to perform maintenance on the parts.
